Royal Bank of Scotland PLC (RBS.L) –  Reported net attributable profit for Q1 beating the average analyst estimate of £319m 73% higher, coming in at £792m. It also beat on operating profit expectations of £699m coming in at £1.21bn, total income was also higher than expected at £3.20bn and impairment charges at £19m were much lower than expected. Computacenter PLC (CCC.L) –  Reports its revenue for Q1 climbed 21% which was better than expected, with its group revenue higher by 31%. It expects 2018  to be a year of further progress for  profitability as well as EPS. Closing price 1225.10p (Bloomberg)

Merlin Entertainments Inc (MERL.L) – Said its business in theme parks operating groups met expectations, however the earlier Easter period and poor weather affected a number of parks. Visitations in London division remains down y-o-y reflecting the strong trading in the previous year period and the impact from the 2017 terror attacks. Closing price 348.17p (Bloomberg)

Travis Perkins PLC (TPK.L) – Overall expectations for 2018 unchanged, cost reductions help to reduce the effect of  “difficult” market conditions and poor weather. Like for like Quarterly sales climbed 3% and total sales up 2.4%. Closing price 1288.2p (Bloomberg)

Kaz Minerals (KAZ.L) – Announce it will scrap its secondary listing in Hong Kong due to a lack of appetite. Closing price 918.10p (Reuters)
