The below stocks have been identified as having potential to register bigger than normal share price moves (up or down) today based on the news cited

Anglo American (AAL) – Reports a 9% HY increase in copper production (+8% Q2 YoY) while upping its forecasts for Iron Ore production, however leaves the rest of guidance unchanged.

easyJet (EZJ) – Raises its pretax profit forecasts for the year to £380m-£420m (vs £375m exp.) as passenger numbers increase by 11% in Q3 alongside a 2.2% increase in revenue per seat on a constant currency basis.

Sports Direct (SPD) – Announces profits before tax fall by almost 60% as weak Sterling raised costs across the business. Also reports net debt almost doubling to over £180m.

Unilever (ULVR) – Reports a sales rise of 3% compared to the first half of last year,  in line with estimates, as the company remains on course to meet guidance despite ‘challenging environment’.
