Carillion (CLLN) – The embattled outsourcer has announced another profits warning, while also announcing recapitalisation will be needed in the new year for the company to meet its obligations. The latter comes as the company announces it will breach its loan covenants.

Ferrexpo (FXPO) – The iron ore miner has secured a $195 million loan over three-years in order to strengthen its balance sheet.

Keir Group (KIER) – The construction company says trading in-line with expectations, on-course to deliver double-digit profits growth for FY 2018.

Sky (SKY) – It emerged last night that both Comcast and Verizon approached 21st Century Fox about purchasing a swathe of assets, including the company’s $12bn Sky stake, just a week after Disney announced interest in the assets.
