Tesco (TSCO) – Tesco’s £3.7bn takeover of food wholesaler Booker has been provisionally cleared by the CMA as the UK regulator states it could increase competition and lower prices for consumers.
Vodafone (VOD) – The telecoms giant has raised its FY guidance for organic adjusted earnings to 10% from 4-8% previously as HY operating profit increases 32.5% YoY despite total group revenue falling 4.1% due to FX movements.
