Markets Overview:

UK 100 called to open -15 at 7225; this comes on the back of weaker Chinese data as U.S. tariffs are hurting China at a time when global demand is already weak. Total exports in November dropped 1.1% from a year ago, and were down 23% to the U.S. However Asian trading was strong, seeing all major indices trading in the green, the Nikkei +76 points, the Hang Seng +28 points.  U.S trading saw all major indices close out the week in the green, the Dow Jones +337 points, S&P 500 +28 points & the Nasdaq +85 points.  Oil is trading at $64.6 per barrel showing signs of holding more firm, following last weeks OPEC meeting.  Risk of sentiment was rife over the weekend seeing Gold trade down as low as $1458, sitting at $1462 at time of writing.
