BT Results Upbeat; Upside Difficult — Market Talk

Dow Jones – 1 Feb
BT has delivered an upbeat set of third-quarter results, said Accendo Markets. It said the company’s consumer division in benefiting from European soccer rights, but also cautions the company faces challenges such as competition and regulation. Accendo adds from a technical point of view, the company’s shares are very close to November’s 15-year high of 502.6p, and this could limit near-term upside.
