Evoke reported 1st half 2026 revenue was flat on a reported basis, with like-for-like growth driven by UK online gaming and retail, but higher UK gaming duties cut adjusted EBITDA and pushed leverage higher. After a strategic review following UK duty hikes, Evoke’s board backed a takeover by Bally’s Intralot to strengthen its capital structure, with completion targeted for late 2026 or early 2027.
