Company News:

Land Securities announced that it has exchanged contracts to sell its Queen Anne’s Mansions office building in London to the Arora Group for £245 million. The sale is part of the company’s broader strategy to free up £2 billion in capital from its office portfolio by 2030, as it shifts focus toward assets capable of delivering long-term, sustainable income and earnings per share growth.

Meanwhile, Great Portland Estates reported it has signed three new fully managed leasing agreements for a combined 11,720 square feet of “premium, refurbished office space.” These leases, covering two properties in London, are expected to generate an additional £2.5 million in annual rent for the company, averaging £212 per square foot—2.8% above the estimated rental value as of March.
