Trade Parameters
Observations – For
Observations – Against
Bullish bounce bodes well for a share price recovery to recent highs. Interest rates likely to remain low which is good for property. UK Retail Sales still strong, the consumer still spending. Recent communication from BLND showed Net Asset Value not down as much as predicted in light of Brexit. Company expanding abroad to capture growth.
Brokers are majority positive/neutral on the stock, with potential for the 43% of neutrals to upgrade on a better outlook to keep alive the uptrend since Brexit lows. Note the consensus target is pretty much in-line with our trade objective for a mere return to recent mid-month highs.
