Unilever (ULVR.L) – FY sales were hit by a slowdown in some emerging markets. Turnover for the FY fell 3%, hit by foreign exchange rates and divestments. Underlying sales rose 4.3% for the year and 4.1% in the 4Q. Closing Price 2437p (Reuters)

Cairn Energy (CNE.L) – Plans 9 wells in 2014 exploration programme and joint venture partners are continuing to mature plans for the Pitu block offshore north west Greenland. Reached agreement, subject to partner and regulatory approval, to acquire 20% equity in the atlas prospect. Closing Price 267.10p (Reuters)

Melrose Industries (MRO.L) –  Proposed return of capital of 47 pence per share. Closing Price 311.70p (Reuters)

IQE (IQE.L) – Trading in H2 is expected to show sequential growth despite weak guidance for Q4 2013. Revenue for 2013 expected to be at least £126m, EBITDA of at least £24.5m. Closing Price 26p (Reuters)

SABMiller (SAB.L) – Reported higher Q3 sales on Tuesday, helped by increases in lager and soft drinks. Net producer revenue rose 4% for the quarter, ended on December 31, as sales volume rose 2%. Closing Price 3094p (Reuters)

Polymetal (POLY.L) Revenues edged down 14% to $492m the 4Q of 2013, y-o-y, on the back of falling prices. On track to produce 1.3m troy ounces of gold equivalent in 2014 and 1.35m ounces in 2015, up from 1.28m ounces in 2013, it added in a statement. Closing Price 569p (Reuters)
