Keller Group (KLR.L) – No significant change in market and trading conditions since 19 November 2013. Expects full year results will be in line with current market expectations. Closing Price 1104.00p (Reuters)

Sirius Minerals (SXX.L) – Activity during the six month period led to a loss after taxation of £6.3m. Will require additional funding to achieve its objectives over the next twelve months. Working towards fulfilling a detailed checklist of approval issues. Closing Price 9.40p (Reuters)

Serco (SRP.L) – To update the market shortly on a settlement with the justice ministry on the tagging contract. Costs directly related to the reviews would now be £17m, up from £12m. One-off charges and accounting charges taken on the electronic tagging contract will now be around £19m, up from £15m. Closing Price 448.80p (Reuters)

Barratt Developments (BDEV.L) and Taylor Wimpey (TW..L) – US House builder stocks rallied last night after The Fed confirmed interest rates would remain at near zero levels for some, time even if unemployment levels drop below 6.5%. Closing Prices 337.40p and 107.60p. (Reuters)
