Old Mutual (OML.L) – Says FD Philip Broadley to leave group in 2014. Closing Price 182.60p (Reuters)

RSA Insurance (RSA.L) – Said on Friday its group chief executive, Simon Lee, had resigned after it issued yet another profit warning as a result of the need to pump money into its Irish unit, and after recent storms in Europe. “The impact of this Irish reserve strengthening and the storms in Europe last week will lead to a further reduction in anticipated 2013 earnings,” the company said in a statement. Closing Price 99.70p (Reuters)

Bellway (BWY.L) – Has continued to see strong customer demand for new homes. Average number of active outlets has increased by 5% to 224. Reservations, net of cancellations, have risen to an average of 144 per week, up 43% year-on-year. Help to buy mortgages attractive to consumers, resulting in this incentive being used in 31% of reservations taken. Growth in operating profit and margin, with the latter expected to exceed 15% in the year ending 31 July 2014. Closing Price 1415.00p (Reuters)
