Domino’s Pizza (DOM.L) – CEO Lance Batchelor had decided to quit the firm and would leave next year. “He has been offered a new role in a significant private equity backed company and has tendered his resignation” Chairman Stephen Hemsley said. Closing Price 529.00p (Reuters)

Berkeley Group Holdings (BKG.L) – H1 pretax profit rose 19.2% to £169.5m. Interim dividend 90p p/sh. Profit before tax up 19.2% from £142.2m to £169.5m. Operating margin of 20.7%. Earnings are likely to increase towards the top of the range of analysts’ current expectations. Closing Price 2282.00p (Reuters)

Unilever (ULVR.L) – The consumer products giant aims to cut the number of individual products it sells by 30% by the end of 2014 to become more efficient and navigate a global economic slowdown it admits it was slow to confront Closing Price 2432.00p (Reuters)

International Consolidated Airlines (IAG.L) – Ratings agency S&P cuts sector peer Qantas Airways credit rating to Junk status and Moody’s may follow suit, after Australia’s largest carrier forecast a record first-half loss and announced 1,000 job cuts. Closing Price 363.00p (Reuters)
