Petrofac ltd (PFC.L) – Has suspended its COO in response to an investigation by the SFO into the company, its subsidiaries and employees under suspicion of bribery, corruption and money laundering. Marwan Chedid has been suspended until further notice. He has resigned from Petrofac’s board. Earlier in the month the SFO announced it was investigating. Closing price 615.00p (Financial Times)

Halfords Group Plc (HFD.L) – Annual profit falls 8%, underlying profit before tax of £75.4m, down £6.1m year-on-year expecting currency movements will impact profits. However, FY18 profit to be in line with current market expectations and confident in outlook. Closing price 358.80p (Reuters)

United Utilities Group PLC (UU.L) – Announced full year revenue coming in at the lower end of analysts’ expectations range. £1.70bn against estimates of £1.71bn with an expected range of £1.69bn to £1.76bn. Closing price 1056.00p (Bloomberg)

Wizz Air Holdings Plc (WIZZ.L) – Says its made a record full year profit of €246m a 27.5% increase y-o-y, though its guidance is heavily caveated by revenue for the summer, part of H2, with full year total revenue increase of 10% to €1.57bn. Closing price 1946.00p (Reuters / Bloomberg)

WorldPay Group Plc (WPG.L) – Has created a way to handle debit and credit card transactions in virtual reality. Targeting companies that produce virtual reality games and possibly others, such as fashion retailer Asos Plc and furniture seller Ikea, that have begun experimenting with VR as a sales tool. It processed more than £450bn worth of transactions last year across online, mobile and payment terminals. Closing price 317.70p (Bloomberg)
